Stories connect all of us together
From the very beginning, storytelling has been our most intimate form of communication. From Egyptian hieroglyphics to the parables of Christ, stories are hardwired into our nature. Expressing them is what we call art.
Some stories are visual, and some are verbal — I prefer a mix of both. In my portfolio, you'll see explorations of storytelling through mediums like design, branding, sequential art, illustration, and so much more.
If you've got a story to tell, I'd love to hear from you. Please enjoy your stay, and reach out with any questions you have.

My name is Chayton Koehler — a Graphic Designer, Writer, Illustrator, and Photographer based in Lynchburg, VA. For me, creativity isn’t just about making something beautiful; it’s about telling stories that matter. While studying graphic design at Liberty University, I discovered my love for writing, and I’ve had the privilege of doing both professionally.
As an Eagle Scout, I’ve long believed in the power of communication to change the world around us. Christ’s example shows us that stories can bridge gaps and make connections across languages, cultures, and generations. As a professional, I aim to tell a story with everything I create, whether expressed visually, verbally, or otherwise.
